Billy Crotty

Billy was instrumental in establishing the company in the USA and is currently the CEO for Trident Safety USA LLC. With over 30 years....

Billy was instrumental in establishing the company in the USA and is currently the CEO for Trident Safety USA LLC. With over 30 years of executive management, business development, engineering, design, manufacturing and sourcing capability, Billy has extensive experience working in Asia, Europe and the US. Prior to joining Trident, he held executive management positions at Vonn, Humavox, Vertu, BoomCloud, Energous, Skinit Inc, and Superior Communications. Over the years, Billy received the Top 25 Supply Chain Executives Award from the Global Supply Chain Leaders Group and was named on the Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine’s Top 100 list. Billy holds B.Eng. in Production Engineering from UCL Ireland and an MBA in International Studies from the Babson School of Business, Boston.

Billy leads the US operations for Trident Safety Group and is based in our headquarters in Massachusetts.

Lydia has acquired extensive experience across professional services, management consulting and financial services sectors over the last 25 years. Prior to joining Trident Safety Group in 2018, Lydia held executive level roles with VIA Science, Fuld & Co., Monitor Deloitte, and State Street Global Advisors gaining a depth of knowledge and breadth of expertise across multinational companies in the US and Europe.

Lydia leads our day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives, splitting her time between Newburyport, MA and Cork, Ireland.

Our Regional Manager is a retired Infantry First Sergeant with a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and was awarded the Silver Star. Mark has extensive leadership experience and a demonstrated history of managing people and projects. Over 3 years ago, Mark joined Trident Safety USA, LLC after leaving the US Army and since then has established, cultivated, advanced and led our outstandingly talented team of Dangerous Goods Specialists spread out over WA State.
